Across Europe, many of the most powerful ideas never reach a proposal stage, let alone implementation. They live in notebooks, voice messages, night walks and private conversations – because their authors don’t know where to go with them.

Too political.

Too risky for a normal grant application or consulting firm.

The Europe 2.0 Radical Ideas Clinic is a live online space hosted by Red Pill Projects for people who feel this tension:

• Founders and activists with a bold project idea for Europe but no team, no backing, or no structure.

• Funders, philanthropists or mission-driven investors who sense something is missing in Europe’s transformation, but haven’t found the right high-EQ teams to support.

• Misfits inside institutions who feel that their organisation’s procedures are not built for the reality they see on the ground.

What You’ll Experience in This Online Clinic

✅ A confidential, judgment-free space for radical ideas
This is not a pitch competition, not a polished panel, and not therapy. It’s a pragmatic, high-EQ room where you can name the idea or tension you’re carrying – and be taken seriously.

✅ Short, sharp inputs on Europe 2.0 and high-stakes projects
We’ll open with a brief framing from Red Pill Projects: why many of Europe’s most necessary projects feel “unfundable” or “unmanageable”, and how high-EQ project design can change that.

✅ Live mini-clinics on 2–3 participant cases
In each session, 2–3 volunteers (founders or funders) will briefly share their situation (5 minutes each). Together, we will explore:

• What is really at stake emotionally and politically?

• What type of allies, team, or institutional host might be needed?

• What would be one realistic next step in the next 30 days?

✅ Bridging founders and funders without pressure
If both bold project owners and curious funders/institutions are present, we’ll explore patterns of collaboration – not by forcing deals, but by making visible what kinds of projects, teams and risk profiles exist on both sides.

✅ High-EQ facilitation in a high-stress world
Throughout the clinic, we’ll model the high-EQ, high-CQ, emotionally aware way of talking about politics, conflict, identity, war, religion, and social tensions – without slipping into aggression or denial.
